LostMoneyCheck is a research service that searches publicly available U.S. government databases on your behalf to identify potential unclaimed property records matching your provided information. We deliver a digital report summarizing our findings.

LostMoneyCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to any state Controller's Office, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), or the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that a search will return results. The absence of results does not mean unclaimed property does not exist — it may simply not appear in the databases we search at the time of your search. Government databases are updated periodically and may not reflect real-time data.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All purchases are one-time fees paid in advance. Once your search has been initiated and your report has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

In the event of a technical failure on our part that prevents report delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Use of Information

The personal information you provide is used solely for the purpose of conducting your requested search. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a search request. LostMoneyCheck is not liable for inaccurate results caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

7. Free Government Resources

You acknowledge that free unclaimed property search tools are available through official government websites (e.g., missingmoney.com, individual state Controller websites). LostMoneyCheck provides a convenience service for users who prefer an aggregated, detailed report.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LostMoneyCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or inability to claim property.

All content, design, and materials on LostMoneyCheck are the property of Dears Marketing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law
