Our Refund Policy
LostMoneyCheck provides a digital research service. Because our service involves immediate access to search results and report delivery upon payment, all sales are generally final.
No Refunds After Search Completion
Once your search has been processed and your report has been delivered to your email address, we are unable to offer a refund. This applies regardless of the search results — including cases where no unclaimed property was found.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- Search results are not guaranteed
- The absence of results does not entitle you to a refund
- Free government search tools are available as an alternative
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure on our part that prevents report delivery within 24 hours of purchase
- Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error
- Your report was delivered to an incorrect email address due to our error
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@lostmoneycheck.com with your order details.

Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our services.
